We want you and your little bee to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, if possible, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our hive, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
